What should I do or who should I contact to reset my password if it has expired or I have forgotten the user ID/password?
The system will prompt you to change password if it has expired. If you have forgotten your user ID or password, please send an email to the COMIS system administrator (comis.sysadmin@housingauthority.gov.hk) or call our enquiry Hotline at 2129 3399.
