Registration Procedures for Works Contractors and Property Management Service Providers
Contractors and service providers who would like to become our business partners by registering in a particular list are advised to follow the following procedures:
Apply for a COMIS user account by clicking the "New User Registration" button on the COMIS homepage. We will send you your user ID and password for login to COMIS by post after verifying the information supplied by you. Your user name and password ensure secure electronic communication between us.
Log in COMIS and fill in the questionnaire for the list you would like to register. The questionnaire comprises three separate sections on corporate, financial and technical information of your company. Please attach supporting documents as required.
Please note that your application will only be processed after you have provided the full set of questionnaires and all the required supporting documents to us. We will assess your application against the admission criteria and if all the criteria are satisfied, your company will be admitted onto the relevant list.
