For the "Works Contractors" on the HKHA Counterparty List, the HKHA Specification Library 2008 Edition (SL2008) is now available for download through the COMIS by clicking "Download -> Specification Library" link at the left frame of the webpage and then log in the Specification Library.
The SL2008 contains the specifications for materials and workmanship to be used for HKHA's new development contracts with tenders issue starting from 9th September 2008.
A CD-ROM containing SL2008, together with a browsing system for facilitating browsing and full-content search of SL2008, is also available to the public for purchase at HK$180 per piece. For details, please refer to the HA/HD website.
